Cancellations:
Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee. This is usually 50% of your booked treatment value.
If you hold an appointment in our book, but do not show up we will invoice you for the total cost of your appointment.
Regular 'no shows', altered bookings or cancellations may be asked to pay in advance for their treatments.
Please note we send text or email reminders 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment to allow enough time for you to contact us. That also allows us time to contact people on our waiting list. Please be thoughtful of us and our time, as we are of you.
Etiquette:
- We ask that you turn your phone to silent while in the treatment room. This enables you to relax and our clinicians to concentrate on your well being.
- If you are having an eyelash tint, please remove all eye makeup (especially waterproof) prior to your appointment. This allows us to stay on time with our bookings, and ensures a good treatment result.
- If you are coming for a spray tan, please wear dark and loose clothing to your appointment. No deodorants or body oils are to be worn on the day of your tan.
